I booked my first car wagonr vxi on Aug 20 with booking amt of 5000. after 4 days I received a call from sales guy to make a full payment so that I can get offers applicable for Aug month. I paid 80% of amount(around 4 lakhs) .And he promised me 15 days to deliver the car.
After 15 days I called the guy, and he told vehicle is in transit from maruti plant. Again called him after 2 days. he told vehicle is in transit and my vehicle is damaged in transit and need to wait for 20 more days. so I was very disappointed and went to meet sales manager.he told the same and he asked me to wait for 20 days more. And finally it is October month.
And they came back to me saying that I will not get offers which was promised to me on Aug month, since the vehicle is of sep month . so it is 10000 rupees loss to me.
so I literally shouted with those guys as I paid 80% of money on August itself and they promised me all offers at time of booking. I told them it was your fault for delaying the delivery. But they never agreed to give me offer.
So finally I told them to give me the offers as they told during booking or to return back my full money.And after many head aching discussions with those guys, they agreed to provide 7000 rs as cash discount and 3000 will be credited to my auto card which I can use it for servicing my car with them.
So overall, I waited 2 months to get a wagon r which is not in a demand car. And also fake promises by sales executives for delivery within 15 days. And don’t ever pay full amount before you see your car. dealers use it for their business and will make us to wait.
later I came to know Bimal and Pratham motors are good when compared to kalyani motors
