Recently I gave my Zen for servicing at Kalyani Magnum, Bannerghattta Road, Bangalore, and requested for car pickup from my office. They sent a driver who was really dumb and didn’t even know how to write and fill up the job card. This should have been a warning to me, that I regretfully missed.
Later the Maruti manager rings up to say there is oil leakage as I must have gone over a hump and that the oil box needs to be replaced.
I never had oil leaking on my garage floor earlier and never went on hump that bad to crack the oil cage in the morning that day or earlier. The servicing was pathetic too. When I opened the car bonnet, there was a layer of dust - they hadn’t even cleaned it.
And my bill was Rs 7000 for this horrible service!
