I had planned to buy ertiga zdi beige color from the dealer but dealer was forcing me to other colors which they had in stock and said they won’t be able to arrange for next 6 weeks. To my utter disbelief they claim that this color is not in demand despite the fact it has been introduced sometime back. Also the Maruti territory manager Mr. Vikas argued with me when I called him regarding this matter. His response was that we keep ready stock in the factory of only fast moving colors and not all the colors mentioned in the catalogue. My question to him was "then why such colors are part of your catalogue if you can’t provide when customer demands.?" To this statement he became rude and stated that he doesn’t need to answer and banged the phone down. Pls don’t buy from magic auto . Other dealers ate still better than Magic auto delhi
