I bought new Swift VXI in November 2011. It was difficult to get diesel, so I opted for petrol one. I liked the integrated car music system which comes in ZXI. As it is available as an accessory, I checked with dealers when it is going to be available. It’s been 3 months and I haven’t got the product yet. They keep on postponing the availability saying product is not coming from Maruti.
I called Maruti and they redirected me to an auto dealer who in fact did not have the product? I called them again and they don’t know when head unit would be available. The lady on phone says the most I can help you is "SEND AN EMAIL" to escalate the matter.
