False promises and Playing with customer's emotion

Hi,


I have bought WagonR on 16th of Sep. The sales person has promised with additional accessories since I have accepted with the exchange price quoted for my old i10.


During my WagonR delivery, they told all the additional accessories fitted that include under chassis paint as well, since my focus was on driving away with new vehicle with my family, who accompanies me, I didn’t notice all these has been done or not.


However, during my first service, I have been told that if they can include under chassis paint in the first service and will be charged.


This seems to be shocking and surprise for me.


Followed by I have reached the sales team, who refused to agree that they have done and informed about under chassis during delivery.


Moreover, for simple default accessories like inflator, they didn’t provide during delivery when I asked about this, I have been told with different updates.


1.First time - This is not provided from Popular Services and not listed in their default list.


2.Later second time after few mins - Informed that they had refunded money since they don’t have stock.


3.Third time - If paid they can arrange for the same.


4.Fourth time - They have provided vacuum cleaner instead of inflator.

and FYI - This is Karthik’s first sale order. Well trained from their seniors on how to fool Customers.


During First Service:


1.Have been told there will be free pickup, the driver who came to my resident has no uniform and no ID, How do you believe such person to give your brand new Vehicle?


2.Secondly, the assigned Service Person called me and provided the basic charge information, and was including pickup/drop charge as well, since he has not been informed. And he cannot commit without discussing with his manager.


3.Mr.Prabhu is my contact person and after service I noticed and highlighted the dust spots to him. The reason/justification told by Mr.Prabhu, since there was Pigeon droppings in that place and it was there for more than 4-5 days, seems this cannot be cleaned. He has mentioned as if he was watching my car for 4-5 days. I have CCTV footage at my flats. I used to cover my vehicle daily and on that day morning I removed my cover early so that the driver can take it on time without delay. Also not sure about other dust areas, why it couldn’t be cleaned. (attached photos)


On the same day, with few raindrops that strains are gone.


My sincere advice with my experience -


While planning for new vehicle, Don’t agree with Sales person/teams verbal commitments, Record their discussion or document what you/they agree.


For services: Don’t proceed with free pickup/drop for services, never move the vehicle from the service center until you get all your requirements clarified. It is our money, nothing comes for free.


And I don’t know whether these sales/service people can understand or not. They are also experiencing similar phases while buying different products.
