Initially I was having a Wagon r Vxi 2006 model. I liked that car very much and it was bonded with me emotionally.
After 7 yrs of wagon R comfort I wanted to upgrade a small segment car having 5 pax space.
Tried different vehicles - Swift , Dzire, New wagon R, Ritzx, i-10
My budget was appx 6 lakh. I was getting the exchange price for my wagon r at 1.7L and with a consumer bonus and architect offer I exchanged my car at 1.92L.
Hence I thought I would rather go for top end version, where I would not have to travel shop to shop for other accessories.
Swift was beautiful and stylish but inside space was uncomfortable for me and my brother (6’3" ht). Head space was tight. New wagon R was good but again 5 pax was not easy.
Taken the test drive of Ritz zxi. It appealed to me. the look was sporty and robust. It was giving a macho look. Inside space was great. easily accommodated 5 pax. The driving comfort was supercool.
I took it on NH from Bhubaneswar to Chilika (about 110 km one side) It captured the road presence. I was feeling as if I am sliding over the cream surface. Comfort was outstanding.
My family also became fan of this vehicle. Nice car to buy. If look does not matter, then this car will fulfill all your requirement.
