I have Maruti Suzuki Ritz and that is 1 years old and for service of my car I visited to Vipul Motors in Gurgaon and handoverd my car to them for Long self start issue. Within 2 hrs of analysis they said that your battery is faulty and some adulteration into Fuel Tank so said them please repair whatever the issue under warranty but they said that Fuel adultration is happened due to your mistake and you have to pay for it because it’s not under warranty policy. I requested them to repair in warranty because customer cannot blame to any petrol pump for their oil quality but they refused so I contacted to their AGM and he gave me same response. I wrote several mails to Maruti but they responded same.
And Maruti also accepted that customer can’t check Fuel quality of any Petrol Pump but you have to pay for this. So I paid the whole amount for this. But same problem happened with My friends Honda Car but Honda hasn’t charged him for this issue and they repaired free of cost So why Maruti can’t do this.
