I would request you all to be very careful when you give your Maruti Suzuki car for service. Check if they have changed the oil, air filter and also the meter. Since the time I bought my Ritz Ldi I have given this to Apra motors for service which got a big name in NCR.
After 3rd free (after finishing 20000km) service I could find any change in my car as it was still running very heavy. I went to a local mechanic and asked him to check. With in no time I said, sir your air filter is completely blocked with dirt and he doubt if my engine oil have been changed since the time I bought it.
Instantly I took my car to other service center and got the oil and filter changed. Before I could finish next 10000km, I got transferred to my Maneseer office. this time also I thought of trying to check Apra motors service center at Maneseer. But this time also they did let me down big time.
Still my engine oil was very black and when I asked about it I was told that it happens because its diesel engine. when I checked my Meter it was showing 10 km more and oil meter was missing 1 bar. For same I was told that they do a test drive after servicing a car. God Bless them with some positive mind.
