I have this car since 2011 January and this car is my heart. I have not faced any problem anywhere with this car. I took this car from "Bhandari automobiles" a renowned maruti dealer in kolkata though it is a very good dealer and the workshop of this dealer is also very good and cooperative.
The age of the car is almost 3.5 years and the most interesting fact is this I completed 1, 82, 000kms in 3.5 yrs but still the engine is like new. It responses like a cheetah in highway drives.
It also gives me an excellent mileage of 17.00per ltr in city with ac and in case of highways it increases upto 24.00kms per ltr.The dealer workshop is telling that I ca use this car upto 3, 50, 000kms without any expense except normal paid service.
So it is really value for money and those have a budget around 7.00 to7.50 lakh can easily go for ritz and if u are from kolkata obviously buy the car from bhandari automobiles gariahat and make it serviced from bhandari’s workshop.The only thing is that as we have to travel more than 100kms a day we are using diesel version at the time of service it is bit costly than petrol.The cost of normal paid service is around 10, 000(more or less) and after doing the service we can again drive the car for next 15, 000kms with mobil1 synthetic engine oil.
I am very satisfied with this car and I think u will also be satisfied with this car hIt is fuel efficient in both city and highways so no need to worry about fuel in your ritz vdi.
