I have done 5000kms ( second service completed) on dzire zdi. I guess maruti has not learnt. From their previous mistakes. the car is 5 months old I am getting rattling sounds here and there on bad roads.
Rattling sound in dash board ( glove box lock is creating issues bad design).
Back side I am hearing some rattling sound when ever car goes on bad roads..
I have given this car to dealer for the same problem ( 3 times to RNS motors yeswantpur bangalore).
but there is no improvement. this dealer service not at all good.I checked with spare wheel and other stuffs nothing is fitted lose but sitll rattling is there.
I feel car is not 8 lac worth rattling within 5 months definitely not except able. All the service people sent by dealer are not good enough to understand the problem. Forget solving.
Other major drawbacks
( test drive fiesta once u will come to what ride quality it has offcouse it has other drawbacks).
with 60 kg weight in boot the bottom starts touching ground.( 2 person in back).
has problematic mudflap which scraches with back tyre when ever it touches ground.
boot lid is designed such a way that no other cars have such a thin metal.
boot lid requires 2 to 3 attempts to close.
Exact mileage in bangalore city traffic : 12-13 kms/litre diesel. Highway max I got: 24 kms/litre diesel.I don’ t understand why so much of difference ? I am sure you wont get more than 12-13 in city traffic condition ( that too with carefull driving).
