Don't Dzire

In the World War 2 Germans and Japanese had a hidden alliance and they both lost. Now imagine what will happen if you take a contemporary Japanese hatch and add a BMW 7 series boot to it. Though they haven’t really lost but that has nothing to do with the design. I thought that making the Indigo from an Indica was a bolt on job but looking at the front of dzire you are happy you saw a swift now move your vision to the rear and all you can say is what the F.

The car has all the sharp design elements at the front and is completely blunt at the rear. Then is the price, for the price of a fully loaded zxi you get the most basic dzire and so basically you pay for the boot :sigh:. Then is the handling, the swift has a rally inspired suspension and you feel that any time you go into a high speed bend, do not try that on this dzire because I saw a video on the internet the other day of a guy testing the dzire on the Maruti test track, the car is so rear heavy that it completely skid off the track and toppled. Finally the drive line, it is the same as the swift but it has reduced efficiency and less power to weight ratio. All in all, Dzire’ing more was a bad idea.
