I am one of those people who are being cheated and fooled by Maruti and its dealers.
I did a bad thing by converting my booking from SWIFT (which was invoiced, for which I had to loose some money, as penalty) to Dzire VDi, upon assurance from dealer that I would get the Dzire in one or two months, .
Now its going to be three months, but neither dealer (in Bangalore) nor myself have any idea when the car would arrive, I am feeling like being cheated by Maruti and its dealer because, based on the assurance from dealer, I had even taken loan for this car, and I have paid more than half the money to dealer, now dealer in not even responding to my calls and emails.
Finally I have given a deadline to the dealer, that if he cannot give me the car by second week of August I would rather cancel the booking now itself, even for that there is no response,
I am planning to give up my idea of buying a Maruti Suzuki car, I am looking at other options, Verna etc, , atleast there is no waiting time there, ., .
I hope this company doesn’t even exist 2o yrs from now, , as they are not able to respect the customers, . just think about the companies which ignored to change and ignored customers, , 20 yrs back, they do not exist today........
