Below is the updated review to my earlier post for my Maruti Dzire ZDI after 43K. This is a sheer performance car. I am getting a mileage of around 20 Kms on highways and 18 Kms in city with AC on 100% of times.
I have changed the tyres at 42K kms. I was lucky enough that so far I have never come across any puncture in last 2 years. The look and feel is still as good as of that a new car. I am very satisfied with the performance of this car and think like this is an investment of your hard earned money.
I was driving my maruti Zen for almost 3+ years before I purchased this beauty called Maruti Dzire (ZDI) Having done almost 7000 Kms in last 4 months I must say that this is the car to own.My daily commuting is around 50 Kms in pune city.I am getting a mileage of around 18 KMS in pune city with AC on (100%).On highways, the mileage is about 22 Kms per litre of diesel.
This means I am saving 50% on fuel bills as compared to my old Maruti Zen. Many of my friends dint even noticed that they are riding in a Diesel car. The suspension is smooth and sterring is ultra smooth.you can control this car with only one hand on steering even for U turns and in busy city traffic. The Automatic climate control is a wonderful feature, which helps you adjust the temprature you want. Apart from these there are many other features like, automatic alarm for seat belt, door etc. I am getting some rattling noise from front left glass which I will fix soon. The trunc is too spacious and it is more than that of Ford fiesta, which is around 430 Ltrs.
Overall, a good car to afford with good features, safety and Maruti Trust with very low maintenance.I will recommend this car to everyone. One useful TIP for All Diesel Cars: Make sure to keep your car idle for 1 minute every morning after start and every night before switching the engine off for the day. This will ensure that your vehicle is giving you good average, pickup and overall a good performance.
I am doing this on daily basis and getting positive results.
Take care and Drive safe.
Cheers,
Sandeep
