Great car with Bad management

I booked SWift Zxi on June 2nd 2005 at Mondovi motors , bangalore.


they assured me delivery before July 15.


But now it was postponed to November 2005.(that too not confirmed)


May be with this type of management Maruti will definetely loose its customers and ruin its reputation.


when I contacted maruti Customer support on Toll free number 1600 11 1515


They told me for any variant waiting period is 3-4 weeks and also they told it entirely depends on the dealer not maruti and asked me to contact Maruti Dealer.


But when enquired with dealer he is saying it completely depends on Maruti not with dealers.


I heard many people are getting the same responses from maruti and dealers.


I am loosing Interest on this great car and I am thinking to go for another one

Hope maruti has released the great car without any plan and just to stay in competition with others.


So I think if any of the maruti employee related to swift is reading my review take this point to the upper management.
