I am not a proud owner of maruti baleno which I had purchased from RNS motors Bangalore. While taking the delivery of the car, I found lots of spots on the full car. later to my suprise i found lot many cars with the same defect, (including swift, Alto, etc) especially black colour.now the maruti udyog ltd executives say since I have already taken the delivery they can neither exchange the car nor get the painting done at their factory and they can only re-paint the car at the local service centre.As a customer after spending such huge amount on the car one would expect some amount of quality job on the car. THIS I KIND OF WARNING FOR ALL THE FUTURE MARUTI BUYERS AND A NOTE OF CAUTIN FOR ALL THE EXISTING OWNERS. MAKE SURE U HAVE THE CAR INSPECTED BEFORE TAKING THE DELIVERY.
PS. AN EXECUTIVE FROM MUL SAID HE COULD NOT HELP FURTHER AND ALSO SAID " U CAN GO TO CONSUMER COURT, IF U ARE LUCKY ENOUGH U MAY GET THE JUDGEMENT IN YOUR FAVOUR".
It is like they proving they r nothing less than another psu or a govt organisation.
