The Swift, as all of you must already be aware, is being launched this May. This was confirmed in a Maruti press release on the occasion of the roll out of their 5 millionth vehicle.
I saw the site mentioned by car doctor in his review of the Swift, and it really is a cool page...lots of pics, screensavers and even the Ronaldo ad that is available for download are good. You guys must’ve seen the pictures of the car already....I saw it and am floored by the car. I’m a tad surprised that India is getting such a car...one that is so sporty and trendy looking. Traditionally the Indian car market has always focussed more on the mileage and the value for money aspect. This time around though, Maruti is giving all that with the added advantage of the looks. The car easily comes out tops in the looks department, not only in its segment but across all segments in the Indian car market as of now.
With the launch date nearing, I for one am eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Swift. I am also willing to bet on its success. Any takers???
