Looks are deceptive, aren’t they? Swift is a real life example.
Swift looks great for an onlooker but the story is sad for the owner.
Poor Mileage(under 12 km/l city dirve & however careful), Poor pick-up, poor-leg space for a hatch-back, fragile body(lean on it and you will leave a dent), Poor finish of window linings(looks like it’s done by a road side cobller), poor suspensions (even a small hump gives full body vibration and jolts all sitting inside). And, all these for a whopping price tag.
On top of all these short comings, there are too many blind-spots while driving. Should attribute this to the poor engineering or R&D.
SWIFT in europe is an altogether different story and cost much lesser as well.
One GOOD thing about Swift is that it doesn’t leak inside even during heavy rains. It is leak proof(only) for rains not for your Purse.
It has been only 6 months since I bought this S.T and I already am thinking of going for another decent Car which offers value for your money.
Day light LEGITIMATE Looting and no wonder Maruti’s profits are soaring.Govt does nothing about the false calim on mileage.
It’s still be ok to be an Indian - but friend, buy Indian, you get your jojoops burnt.
Take care and apply your mind while buying aCAR.
SWIFT actually is a S.T from Maruti.
