I have booked New Maruti Swift by 30.08.11. I have made number of phone calls to customer care and dealer, from no where I have received any satisfactory feedback or commitment. Till today I have burn near about 20 liters of petrol as well as time to visit showroom near about 20 time from last six months to get the status of booking.
Maruti Suzuki must devolve a on line system to get the status of booked car. or they can call there waiting customers to tell them exact current situation and give commitment date of delivery. Maruti Suzuki should understand that they are number one in INIDA because of customer among us waiting for car more than six months. If they continue to treat there customers like this it will defiantly affect to there popularity in INIDA.
So I am using MOUTHSHUT to convey message to MARUTI SUZUKI Please dont treat consumers like a beggars.
