Why there is long waiting for swift diesel , is it just to make a big noise or a hype in the maket.
or is it really in great demand.
I dont think so, maruti is the biggest manufacturer in India so how come its possible
secondly the sales staff at any of maruti dealer are not bothered about the need of the customers.
they dont follow up they dont even have an idea wat they are selling like BHP , engine, performance most of the time even the ex showroom prices they have to refer the pricelist everytime .
Above all most important thing is Accessories which maruti is not providing with any car , though the customers are paying same prices as they are paying to any other leading automobiles company in the country. Accessories like mudflaps , mats may be few other small Accessories which are worth app. Rs 3000 – 3500 according to the dealers. Customers those who are buying car like swift diesel paying Rs.5 lacks don’t mind spending little bit more but this is a very negative approach on company’s part.
