I have booked my SX4 ZXI(Clear Briege color) on June 1st and my chennai dealer told me that I can take the delivery in 15 days. Everytime when I call the sales guy he tells me that the vehicle will be lifted in a weeks time. Atlast out of frustration I have sent a mail to the maruti customer care and there was no reply. I called the customer care and asked for the contact number of the concerned Maruti guys in chennai and not the dealers number. Then I spoke to the Maruti guy directly and he told me that my booking is at all India 16th postion and for my color(Clear briege) it is at 2nd postion. So it will take another 1 month which he told me 1 week back.
But I can see the review comments by some of the members who have booked in July then have taken the delivery of the vehicle within a couple of weeks. Can anybody tell me the best way that I can get my care delivered earlier? Because iam at the height of frustration now and my parents want me to book the Honda City but still I feel SX4 has better safety features when compared to Honda City.
