I took a test drive of SX4 Zxi version, it looks impressive with the exterior and interior. The car has a good pickup(102 bhp) compared to Honda city (77 bhp) and cornerning is very good because of the large tyres (205/60) which is the widest in C segment. Though the car is tall handling is good with minimal body roll. The interior also looks fantastic and the dash is similar to Swift since it shares the same platform. The rear seat has enough leg room but the problem is only 2 person can sit comfortably. Maruti should think about it in the next version. Taking reverse is a problem since the boot is huge (505 litres similar to honda city). Parking sensor should solve this problem as it doesn’t cost much.
Maruti has taken a good decision of bringing this car with lot of features for less money. The other cars like Fiesta, Verna, Avea, City cannot come close to this car since this wins a overall rating and value for money. I would recommend to go for this car. Surely this is my next car.
