Maruti and its dealers have too many cars to Handle now. I bought SX4 from Rana Motors, New Delhi in February 2010. After driving it for first 100 km I started noticing a noise coming from windscreen and one of the plastic panels on left side. Surprisingly the noise goes off during the day time and its quite prominent in morning and evening. Driving the car without the sound is no doubt a pleasure.
It was very difficult first of all to get proper response from the dealer on this. They promised to look into it but in my first two visits they could not sort out the problem. After repeated follow ups dealers mechanics visited my place but they were unable to make out the source of the noise. Registering a complaint with Maruti also did not help. Maruti representative did not find the noise a killer (in his words) and suggested me to live with it.
Maruti must review its price and if required they should increase it for providing better quality.
