I am repeat customer of Maruti. But this time for Brezza i’m quite disappointed. The strength of body parts like(Front Bumper, associated accessories and other plastic parts at front is very poor. I would like to share my experience for the same. yesterday I met with small accident, thank God nothing happened to me. I was at speed for 20-30 on turn & one fellow stopped his Honda Jazz abruptly. You when my left side hit the back bumper of Honda jazz not even a scratch happened on that vehicle where as my brezza left side was completely flattened. the bumper came out, locks were broken even hinges of front lighted got damaged, I had to replace all the components. The point is, THE QUALITY & strenght of vehicle. at such a small hit can damage so much what will happened if something serious happens(for God sake.i wish to God to save me from all this).
The take away was it shook my confidence on safety and quality.
