I purchased this second hand car in April 2007(2004 year make) from Maruti Tru Value. I loved driving the car. It was really a wonderful model & it’s worth the money spent.
Firstly, it’s a Maruti make, so you can be assured of prompt service, easy availability of any parts, easy & low cost maintenance.
Secondly, the car is very spacious with lots of head space, boot space & luggage space. Even after 4 years, I use to get an average of 13 kmpl(with AC). That’s what any middle class person would look for.
Lot of adjustability- The front seats could be flattened to sleep. Most special was, whenever, we use to go for picnic, we could easily accomodate 6 people without any discomfort. We use to fold the back seats & then it use to give us a flat space of 4feet x 4feet. We use to enjoy those moments.
Last month, my vehicle met with a severe accident, wherein, my brother & 5 of his friends were in the car. It happened on the express way. The tyre burst, the car rolled couple of times & fell 10feets below. THANK GOD! All of them were safe only with minor injuries. ’
If you look at the car, no body would believe that the people in the car came out alive. The car was totally shattered. But, everybody, whom I knew told me that all of them were saved, only because, it was WagonR. Any other car, then mostly they would be seriously injured or even lost life. The head space in the car helped them not to get injured inside the car.
Although I lost the car, it will always remain my Favourite Car i.e. Wagon R.
