Hi, this refers to my purchase of WagonR LXi model as on 15th January 2008 which I got a delivery on.
From day one, I have been facing problems, but no one at the Kothari showroom seems to be interested.
I have been given with a faulty Car A/c, which does not work,
Gear Change is a problem from 3 to 2.
3 . I had asked for an engine coating, which is not done, inspite me paying for it.
- When I bring the car to a halt at a signal on Gear 1 and lift the clutch even slightly the car
stops.
The horn is not working.
when I start the Car, the engine start giving noise.
I have the press the clutch very hard to start the car along with gear shift.
I had to pay out of my pocket for a faulty tubeless tyre, which got tore down within 3 days, even when I was
driving the car at 30kmph alone within viman nagar.
The tyre was replaced with anew tubeless tyre for 1650/-, The tyre dealer didnt pay out for the old tyre
as it was just a small cut, he would have benefitted from the tyre with minor repair.
Take this issue seriously and do the needful.
I am very much sure that the car which has been given to me is not upto QA Standards of Maruti, that I have been facing so many issue within 15 days of purchase.
