*I got the delivery after 32 days of booking a wagon R LXI model, that too after literally following up every alternate day. The vehicle had problem right from the day of delivery. The indicator was showing right when given left and vice versa. This was rectified durin my first service. After first service pick and mileage got a hit. It took a lot of rigorous follow up to get this rectified. Then started a hissing noise in the engine which was rectified after lot of follow up. There was also an abnormal noise during starting.Now the vehicle started developing problems with horn, wiper and fan.
Till date it is un resolved. I am fed upof calling the dealer Spectra motors, Mumbai. I have registered a complaint on the site of Maruti. I got a mail confirming the recipt of the complaint but even after 48 hours no one even bothered to call me or give me a response. I am really surprised by Marutis and their dealers attitude of taking customers for granted. I also registered a complaint at the call center and I got a complaint no.380314. When I called up again after 24 hrs to get the status of my compalint, the answer I got from Maruti is that it takes 72 hrs for them to give a first response to the complaint of the customer. I think Maruti people are still leaving in the 19th century.*
