My Wagon R DUO, not satisfactory

I was going through the review, everybody seems to be pretty happy, but in my case it is the other way round.I bought a Wagon R Duo 10 th of this month (september 2008). Ever since then my problem has doubled. I have been visiting the dealer daily.


I was getting the engine diagnostic light glowing. I took the vehicle to the dealer 6 times. All the did was reset the indicator and give it back to me. I lost my cool and complained they did some clutch adjustments and gave it to me. believe me the clutch was feeling like a break does, very tight.


I was forced to scold the way they had approached, they replaced the sensor and gave it to me, the very next day the problem started. Even now they do not have a root cause done. They say it could be a problem with software that has been installed. It needs to be upgraded. Dont you guys think they should give the car with upgraded software.


Now my car is in the show room for past 4 days. When I tried to ask for the status on that they say I have asked for 7 days and you would get your car in the next 3 days. I feel Marutis approach is not proper. I understand they are not able to resolve in 4 days they should atleast keep the customer informed of what is going on.


In all my experience with this vehicle is not really satisfactory. It could be a problem with one unit but if there is a problem dont you think that this unit should be replaced


I have hardly drive 460 km. Gone to the dealer 8 time. and the vehicle was with the delaer for 1 full day where a complete diagnosing was done. they were not able to find any thing. within 460 km the vehicle is gone for the second service.


They are not even willing to give me an assurance that the Engine does not have any problem and it is only the diagnostic sensor that is having problem
