Please dont go for maruti cars, this company is no more customer friendly. Most of maruti owners are complaining about bad services. Once you make down payment, dealers will show their actual color. After sales service is biggest challenge in maruti. dealers as well as maruti manages they least bother about customer.
My bad time started in March08 when I booked my car with Vittese Andheri, they took 30 day but no delivery then complained at regional office Mumbai. At last after 40 days fight I became owner of WagonR. As we know to get service from maruti is a biggest task & same happened to me as well. After bad experience from Vittese I moved to Navneet Motors Thane & then the 2nd part of bad story started. 2 times they gave me appointment for running repairs ( My cars was not working on LPG mode ) but after arrival to service center they started giving excuse like man power shortage/ pending cars to be checked/ it takes 1-2 days time to check LPG system etc etc.
Again I went to Maruti RO & talked with Mahesh Kadam. He assured that this will be fixed same day. Now Fort Point Thane came in picture & cleaned LPG filter. At last LPG issue resolved. My car again gone bad this time some new issues like : [1] car goes off automatically on LPG mode after ignition. [2] A loud noise along with huge vibration starts as soon as car gets ON. Initially it use to come when we put ON A/C, later it became permanent. I dont require horn is city traffic as this typical noise is louder then horn itself. Mysterious thing "this sound stops if we press clutch paddle". [3] suspension system of front wheels is bad, its noisey (if we compare with any other car). [4] Head lamp holder are of very poor plastic, got melt of its own. [5] Under bonnet body is getting rusted (my car has teflon+anti rust + PU coating). All these problem Fort point was not able to fix & horrible part not accepting that these problems exist.
Ive tried all possible ways to get my concerns addressed like : [1] wrote to maruti website in complaint section (received complaint number only, but no action). [2] called up any time maruti & explained but call center agents are in hurry to hang up the call rather then under standing/resolving the matter. [3] visited the dealer, they too looking for money not for problem solution. careless attitude of service advisor & manager. [4] I tried three different dealers vittese Andheri/Navneet Thane/Fort point Thane. All are useless. dont know why maruti is digging its own grave? [5] Called up maruti regional office & talked with Mr. Mahesh Kadam, he also followed the marutis casual approach. If we are paying full price then why this company is not giving proper service? Every time its not possible for us to fight with all above mentioned people. I hope after reading my case some ray of light may come or at least others may escape from trap of maruti. My car is less then 18 month old & still under warranty.
Maruti dealers dont want to resolve, Maruti Managers are not listening & its under warranty so I cant give it to out side repairs as well.
Please suggest what to next???
