Hi all, I am Karanveer Singh Bhambra a owner of a exact one month(purchased on 23 Jan 2016) old Wagon R VXI done 940 kms till date, it is only doing 200-240 kms in a price of Rs 1000, so I went up to their authorised service station Shri Krishna Automobile, Jodhpur at some 3:30 PM on 20 Feb 2016 where I was told we will check the average but your vehicle is approaching 1st service we will do it first and then clean up your car and then the mechanic will check, I asked how much time will it take I was promised whole 1 hr feeling OK I said ok do it but after almost waiting for 2 hrs at 6:30 pm their WM Mr sharavan called me and said "Sir we will not be able to do the mileage check you have to come on monday with at least 2.5 hrs time" on asking them if it was not possible for the mileage check today why did you stopped me you should have said no at that time only
now he says that "kya kare sir advisor ki galati hai ki aapki car leli hum toh lete hi nahin and said waise bhi ye car appko 13 ka average hi degi kuch bhi karlo.
so this was the whole incident now I want to ask suzuki the following
1) you claim your cars are champion for mileage but seeking wagon R as economical choice, I am feeling cheated
2) I own a Hyundai EON also it gives 320-350 kms in city drive for Rs 1000 fuel, this means I should have gone for Hyundai EON rather than a maruti(to which all in my family were saying NO tto buy Wagon R
3) my whole 2 hrs gone and the problem which I came with to your Authorised Workshop was never done everything else was completed(mind it 1st service which is free takes 2 hrs)
I am working with Mahindra Tractors in capacity Sr Territory Manager Customer care and we benchmark your service quality but on facing it at my personal end all I am thinking is WTF.
if can plz help!
