I review this compliant with ISO 9001:2000 Hon.General Secretary, Sri.Girdhar J. Gyani. He comments sivankutty can lodge complain with the certification bodies with copy to QCI . Lastly he can even go to Consumer Forum/ court. I request sivankutty to proceed like that.
I can’t understand why Company’s Like Maruti deal this case irresponsible. For last 15 years I am using Maruti Vehicles Only. Now I like to purchase Wagon R.
