Think twice before buying insurance from modern automobile chandigarh insurance department. if you buy get ready to be duped . They will provide you free service coupons which are not acceptable by other department of same company. I have seen many people fighting for the same at dealers workshop. just want to convey my message to friends about this cheating.
Overall experience: Modern is no longer modern enough. People are lazy and do not want listen to customer requests. workshop do not have complaint book. spare shop do not keep small spare parts. engineer do not know part numbers. customer care banner do not carry customer care engineer number. I am amazed how these guys are doing business. they do care if you want to buy new vehicle if sold their responsibility is sold its all yours. Get ready to face the mess.
This is the negative remarks, I am sorry. but I was forced to right as nobody care about common man.
