After lot lot lot of research, Myself and one of my friend went for Wagon R Duo in Dec’09. I am happy with Maruti vehicle. But the dealer... it is just horrible. See reasons below:
1) Face changes before and after booking the order
2) All accessories (In spite of paying 28k) of poor quality and locally purchased. Though it was agreed while taking order to provide Maruti Genuine spares, local accessories fitted.
3) Accessory work outsourced to local road side vendors and none of Maruti or dealer person checks that quality.
4) Quality of accessory releated activity... It is just 3rd grade.
5) After sales, dealer calls to take feedback. After taking feedback, it is just flown to the dust bin and they never turn-up.
6) WHile taking order, sales person agrees for everything. While delivery, he says this was not asked for !
7) Sales person do not recognise your cell number also, after delivery of vehicle.
8) Dealer asks you to contact accessory company when it fails! Garuda do not take responsibility to get it rectified !.... Though sales person promises that you can contact him 24x7 for any help !!!!!!!!!..... If someone believes this...he/she is stupid !
I Strongly recommend you not to buy vehicle from Garuda dealer in Bangalore. If at all you are buying from garuda, but only Maruti basic WITHOUT ANY ACCESSORIES.
