Yo people ! This is not a review about this car... My greviences since I booked the car on September 9th, Wagon R - Vxi Euro - 3, Sapphaire Blue. The initial payment was 60000 and the rest was loan from ICICI. happily I sent a cheque to the SO CALLED - South India’s No.1 dealer for Non- Metro Cities., ’’ SREE SARADHAMBAL AUTOMOBILES - AMBAL AUTO’S- COIMBATORE’’. I was promised that the car will be delivered by September end. Also the rep’s told me that I have to make a whole amount for the car, only then an IDENT will be sent to maruthi to lift the car, so I approached the ICICI guyz, processed the loan, sent the Delivery Order as well to the Dealer... I was informed that before sept 18th I have to do that to avail that Insurance off and 7, 500 rs cash discount / accessories free. happy with the deal, I went ahead... Now here comes the scene, they have received the DO and also encashed the payment, now they say they would not know when the car can be delivered. They say proably by november. I dont know what’s is happening. It took 2 days for me to talk to a manager in sales. After 2 days I was informed by that Sad man named SASI, who says they are having component problems from Suzuki, that’s de reason they are having problems in delivering the car... I dont know what Biscuit is that... all I know is they have literally lied me all these days stating that they will deliver the car before sept end, if the whole payment is done. Now they are blamming Maruthi that it’s not delivering Euro -3 vehicles for Non metro cities. They say the ZONAL manager spoke with Maruthi, but still nothing can be done... I asked the Zonal managers number, yet no USE. No one wants to reply... I work in bangalore and I went all the way from bangalore to coimbatore ( my home town), to make payments and take a drive... They did not even bother to give receipts or care for the customer explaining the situation... Pity me... And the dealer is asking me ( PUSHING ME) to take a EURO 2 version and says it’s readily avaliable. I am so adamant that I dont want the E- II car, the dealer (AMBAL AUTO) has called up banglaore ICICI bank rep, and has asked them to change the loan for VXi -Euro 2, which I have no clue. When the rep from ICICI called me regarding this, I said, I dont know, he was stunned... Why ??? all this... I feel like typing all PRoFONITY here... maruthi dealer is playing tricks, where the old E-2 has to pushed to the customers. If they had already told this issue, I would not have bothered to look @ maruthi, santro is readily avaliable... I have no clue how these guyz boast that they are NO 1 dealer in South India and JD ASIA survey says, Maruthi Customers are so Happy.. Bull shit... I feel like slapping each n every one in that GOD DAMN AMBAL AUTO, for doing this to me... I would have atleast delivered a Santro for DIWALI. I seriously regret for what I did to myself...
