Wagon r! may not be the best car to buy.since we have so many choices of cars to buy from. but if ur a middle class man and want ur family to travel in a car that u can afford(both before and after u have purchased it), then this is ur car! it is logical to buy this car for various reasons. which we will be discussing shortly.
I am a wagon r user for 3 years now! I dont know how much kilometer it has travelled because I enjoy to drive my car so much that it hardly matters. I have changed my car’s battery, headlight, in the years I have driven the car! besides that I take it for check up every once a year. and make sure that problems however small they may be is fixed! I am happy customer and I love my car! the reasons 4 why I think u shud purchase this car is:
1) high fuel efficiancy
2) low maintenace
3) maruti service centres are spread across the nation
4) v.i.p treatment of ur car and u when at the service centre
5) drive is so comfortable, test drive it and u will know wat I am talking about
6) indian and foreign technology is mixed, it being maruti(indian) and suzuki(foreign)
7) immediate rectification of problem, whenever and where ever it may happen
8) small and compact
9) easy to handle
10) lots of space(tall boy design)
11) tough enough for home or commercial use
12) easy availability of spares
13)cheap spare parts
14) 1000cc enigne, that means alot of power and speed!(i may be wrong!)
negative aspect of this car is:
1) thats its not cheap enough(it should be more cheap u know, since we have alot of choices)
2) security issues, (does not have air bags)
3) brakes are a little less responsive(it happens with every car that grows old)
4) wiper blades need to be replaced every now and then!
5) even though service centre people tend to treat u like a king! they tend to rip u off, by making fasle damage report and then charging u for it! make sure u dont fall for it. and sometimes ur car may come out with problems it never had, after the service. so make sure they dont make a fool out of u and make sure u test ur car 1st!
6) not pretty.lets faced it.its just ugly!
basically, if u drive ur car properly and safely! and give it annual maintenace. it will remain a faithful friend of urs for a long long time! everything u buy needs ur car and attention give it and it will serve u well! I am all praise for this car, cos I would not want any other car besides my wagon r!
