Worst Service. I took Wagon R on Feb 4 and that time I was committed for corporate discount. I had submitted all the required docs and everything. Now when I called them then initially they told me that claim will came in 1 week, 2 week and now they are telling me that I can’t get claim because my docs reached there office late.
I spoke with there representative Mr Shrikant. He is rude and useless. I escalated this matter to Mr. Regi. But instead of accepting his executive behavior he had given some more baseless reasons. Even he was also very rude. I would suggest not to take any car from him. Instead of that buy car from MY CAR. All the employees of wonder cars are liars and rude. 3 rd Class customer care service.
