I bought a new Zen Estilo in end of December 2011. I am satisfied with the performance of the car but very much or extremely disappointed by the dealer’s service. They fooled me for a long time by keeping me in dark. Time of delivery the provided me a good lucrative no. which was not at all my choice to have it but it was offered to me(DL 9C AB 6363). I was promised to get the car registered by RTO asap. When ever I called the dealer to check the status, answer was "It is under process". But after one month I became hope less & went to the showroom to check the status & was shocked to know the the no. was not allotted to me & I was not informed by the dealer & I WAS RUNNING THE CAR WITH NO. ON MY NO. PLATE.
Once again they tried to fool me & told me to ARRANGE a good no. for me. It was also a fraud with me. Finally I told them to get it done or I will sue them in consumer court. They get it done but refused to endorse the insurance policy which I also get done by the help of a good insurance consultant. IT CAUSED ME A BIG MENTAL TROUBLE . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS DEALER.
