India’s leading car manufacturer Maruti Udyog Ltd Tuesday launched the new version of its popular compact model Zen, christened ’Zen Estilo’. India’s largest car manufacturer is all set to give the Zen a new lease of life. Maruti claims the Zen Estilo, is high on style though it bears a resemblance to Suzuki’s Wagon R. The new Zen will be on the same platform as the Wagon R. The company had withdrawn the old generation zen eight months back to clear production lines and inventory. The new Zen Estilo has been priced at Rs. 3.19 Lakh (ex-showroom delhi price) for the base variant.
