I had bought a Maruti Wagon R from True Value Chennai. However in due time I realized that I was cheated because I paid more than 2.5 lacs for the car and it had already run more than 50000 kms. The shock absorbers were horrible and the car was utterly not worth it.
Now there are umpteem number of complaints and they tell me lots of parts need to be changed, which would work up to a huge sum. I realize that if I had added at least 1.5 lac more I could have had a brand new car. What a waste of money.
My caution to people buying second hand cars is please dont trust ppl like True Value, rather you buy a second hand car from some known person or through an online site. And always take an experienced car mechanic along.
Maruti True Value should be renamed to Maruti False Value.
