I was impressed after watching the trailer of’MARY KOM’ and decided that I have to watch this movie. The movie is a’Biopic’ of Indian Boxer’Mary Kom’ who hails from Manipur.
The story is based on, How Mary Kom becomes Boxer and her passion for the boxing, relationship with her father, struggles in career, discovering her husband and how she struggles for her career after marriage and other hurdles faced on road to being a champion. But for a Biopic I thought the time wasn’t enough, it needed to be a bit long as it’s a 2 hours and 5 min movie.
Awesome work and brilliant acting by Priyanka chopra. she has worked really hard for the movie and you can clearly see that effort visible on the screen both physically and mentally.
I liked the overall picturization of the movie and the way has pictured the boxing ring, lighting, locations, moods, emotions. Really good job done by the entire cast and crew.
I liked all the songs especially ziddi dil and sukoon mila, they have also placed intelligently in the film.
The movie is really very good and inspirational. Worth watching movie for its performance especially by Priyanka Chopra. I will rate it 7/10 and I would recommend a onetime watch.!
