I recently went to masala art resteaurent at taj palace hotel in diplomatic enclave, new delhi. The reteaurent is situated at lobby level . They have got very contempory interiors for a north indian resteaurent...Through its interiors it present a very sophisticated picture for a fine dining resteaurent..In the menu also they have tried some nouvelle dishes and something as simple as sugarcane juice....their presentaion of food is also good......but....alas the food falls short on one parameter THE TASTE...........
I had ordered 3 main course dishes and one snack dish...but each and every dis felt flat on the taste pallet.....Everyone has different tastes but its perfectly safe to conclude that the food prepared is more suited fore our foreign guests and their palletes....They also have a very innovative way of preparing chappatis right their in front of you with their mowin chappati station......The resteaurent is also very costly since my total bill added upto 2500rs.withgout drinks.....
