Mash located right next to the Elliots beach is the right place for you on a weekend provided you go there a bit early. They have a very different menu ranging from the cliched milkshakes, to pastas and stroganoff, and the best part are the names!
To comment on the food, initially we would have quite a skeptical mind as it would be stomach filling or not, but the portion size certainly fill your tummy, yet leaving your mind wanting for more. The must-try that I would recommend would be attapadi chicken fry, pasta polo, aachi kozhi stroganoff, nutella pancakes, and the list would go on.
Apart from the food, the wait of a hungry man is rightly understood, however the staff do not seem very friendly . The platter would be in front of you before you set minds to chew on the tissues. The best part is, all these would not deepen your pockets and hurt your wallets.
The lovely sight of the beach, the wooden seats, the cozy place, right music and delicious food would be the right mix Mash has to offer.
The cons of the place would be, its quite small, and on a weekend it is difficult to get seats, and the staff can be friendlier. The washing area could have been maintained better, not always tissues serve the purpose.
