Dr Haseeb & Dr Rehan Ahmad from Masina hospital emergency casualty seems to very irresponsible . 2 days back I went to collect my father DC and spoke to Haseeb He was not aware of the status and told it must have been uploaded . Today I went to E ward to collect the same they informed me it’s not yet received. Again I went to hospital and spoke to Dr Rehan incharge and I insisted I need it today itself .After argument he went to office and after sometime he came back and informed me that due to server issue its pending and it will take more 2 days . I was not satisfied with his answer so I went back to office again to inquire about the same and they told me that there is no such server issue as if know . And they promised that It will be uploaded asap . With in next 1 hour I again went to E ward to inquire the same and thankfully I got the death certificate copy of my father without any more harassment . One employee say it will take 2 days and other employee of the same premises does the work in next 1 hour .??? This sort of behaviour is not acceptable at all from Dr Rehan Ahmad who was incharge today morning I would not suggest any one to visit in near future to masina hospital . Kindly look into it matter if you doesn’t want to ruined your hospital image .
