I’ve been to the Mast Kalandar outlet on Outer Ring Road - Marathahalli, Opposite Innovative complex. It was a very average experience. The furniture is not very comfortable and sets the tone for the dining experience as well. One needs to crowd around the billing desk to place your order. There is a lot of jostling among the customers and if you politely stand and wait for your order to be taken, it’s probably not going to happen.
Once the order was taken (after I yelled a bit at the person who ws taking the order), we had to wait quite a bit for the food to be delivered. The main course was delivered in bits and pieces - meaning it was not brought for all the people in our party at the same time. AFTER the main course was delivered, they brought the starters. The food tasted average at best. I would definitely give this one a miss - it is just not a good dining experience.
