Careless customer care in Bold and Underlined. Actually I had subscribed to one website - "India Free Stuff " from where I found a link to a product which was claiming lots of benefits but it was being offered at a low price. SO I thought why not let’s try it out. It was not a big amount. I made online payment for it and in my mail box I received one Welcome mail from Masticart. It was nowhere mentioned in the mail what is my order number and when will I receive it. I thought I should wait for at least two days.
After 2 days I mailed them my query concerning status of my shipment and they asked me my order number. : |
I gave them details of my shipment and then they disclosed my order number saying that my order will be delivered within 3 days to me.
After 3 days I tried to track my order using the link provided by them but it was showing obsolete status. I again mailed them my query. Then came no reply and I finally called them on their Delhi number which was picked up by no one. Noone cared enough to call back. Then I responded saying I will sue them in consumer forum and I Am not going to let my money be wasted on them.
At this, they replied saying that I should contact the concerned office of courier service in my locality. Now that was the height of carelessness and lack of coordination amongst those people. After 11 days of continuous follow up and wastage of time and energy, I came to know Why they sell products at low prices. It actually costs You Energy and Time, the benefits you get , when you buy from a reliable website.
Unreliable and careless. May be these guys have proved the essence in the name of the website.
