Guys, the folks who mentioned +ve reviews below are nothing but the owners themselves. Trust me, I haven’t seen greater cheaters than MATA Electronics before.
One Mr Vijay, a self professed camera expert and talks in well polished English, poses himself as a franchise of all the big camera brand. Guys, please remember, MATA Electronics is NOT a franchise of any camera brand. They would receive you well on the first meet, but you can easily sense the growing unprofessional in their behavior and the days pass by.
In my case, I gave them my Panasonic HDC TM900K camcorder for repair and paid 500 Rs, but withdrew it immediately 3 hrs later after I read review about them. And as was expected, these cheaters forfeited all my Rs 500. According the them, they work for a certain higher company (a fraud) to which they should clear their account.
One Mr Bittu, the same person who was very warm and welcoming 3 hrs earlier same day, shoved me away from the shop after handing over my camera back. Folks, in conclusion, these guys are a bunch of cheaters. Better visit your respective brand service centers than get cheated by these impostors.
