Matrix Mobile Operator

1. Matrix is fishy on currency conversion. They charge me at the Rate of 76(i GBP) while ask rate in market is 67 INR.

   
   




2. Matrix is play with your network usage.

   
   




3. Hidden call charges. for same network. Other network. land line. etc.

   
   




4. Customer service is very poor. I shoot out lot of mail to CSR but didn’t got a resloution in the trip.

   
   




5. Get a confort at high cost and pain

   
   

So my advice to all is land there and use best and more economic option there.
