Ok, so I had a very good impression of Matrix, but it turned out to be worst.
I am from Bangalore was traveling to Thailand. So ordered 2 sim cards but I don’t know why they generated 6 sim cards in my name. I got 6 mails and many sms around 10 about this sim details. Then I called that person then he cancelled it. For sim delivery 1 week I called daily to him(Mr Pavan sits in Kormangala Bangalore office). But he will just say today you will get.But finally 1 day before my departure I got the sim.This time also he got 3 sims with him. For sim collection he called me and asked for 3 sim cards but I took only 2 sim. Then during registration he took credit card xerox copy and every now and then without informing me, without any bill they cut money from my credit card. And if I am asking about this money deduction then they will reply in very unprofessional way. 2 times 377 Rs, then 300Rs, then 7000Rs, they deducted from my credit card, without any prior notice, when I called this guy he is saying you must have used of 7000, I am asking for bill, hesays in half an hour you will get bill. But till now I never got it.
I am working in a multinational software company, people very frequently go to abroad. If this issue is not solved immediately. I’ll do negative publicity of matrix everywhere in social media and every where with all my energy.
