I am also having same experience with MatriX international SIM card.
Recently I was in Germany and Spain and requested for SIM card and executive informed me about 29- 30 Euro plan with 10 minute every day India calling free and some MB Data but data never worked but bill received for 30 GBP plan and and it is automatically deducted from my credit card which itself shows un ethical . Really it is fraud company.
I am an international sales manager and plan for permanent international SIM card but now I understand why international tourist not prefer Matrix it is total fraud.
Interestingly there is no complaint forum on its website.
Now I am searching for complain forum like TRAI and District consumer forum to lodge formal complaint.
If somebody inform which is the correct forum to lodge a formal complaint for Matrix and process it seriously.
