Plz Do not take MATRIX card

I had taken Matrix Card from DELHI airport for Singapore. This was a local SIM of Singapore and they assured that the call charges are as usual as in SINGAPORE as this is a local SIM (SINGTEL). Also they showed me the tariff charges. But when I received the bill today after my travel, I am schocked as this is huge, more than 21 thousand rupees for 20 days. I am sure they are big fraud and I will lodge a case against them as well. But beware and plz do not use MATRIX services at all.
