Worst customer service no clarity in post paid billing. I had taken 2 sim cards to the USA and what was assured nothing was delivered and when your return and confront they will totally behave as your lying. So if you even think 1%o f taking matrix pls read their documents well.
If you receive a call from any country another than India you get charged 2 dollars/min which is extremely expensive. Such things are not mentioned in their tariff plan.
Even when you return back to India they charge you for the next month even when u haven’t even inserted the sim card in your phone since your return. Worst worst worst their only motive is to make money
